Judge Hardcastle's decision

You've probably heard that there was a court decision about Measure M. Here's what happened. Yes on M sued the county over false and misleading language in the voter information pamphlet. The Farm Bureau also sued. The case was heard by Sonoma Superior Court Judge Allan Hardcastle, who hastily made decisions (so the pamphlet could get to the printer on time) about what could go into the ballot pamphlet. He made no ruling about the measure itself, though the Farm Bureau has claimed that he did. Here are the court documents and ruling. Decide for yourself:
